During the coronavirus (COVID-19) health emergency, personal protective equipment (PPE) is in critical supply.
SLHS is currently (4/8/20) accepting new, and unused PPE, such as:
- Face shields
- N95 masks
- Surgical masks
- Hand-made masks*
SLHS has pre-approved mask patterns and materials for those who wish to make masks for our healthcare providers. We will keep these on hand, in the event of an emergency.
Important: To ensure the health and safety of our employees, only healthy individuals with no one in their household experiencing symptoms should consider donating masks. Masks donated to SLHS will be laundered prior to use.
